Carex flacca 'Blue Zinger' has beautiful grey-blue foliage that is similar in color to Festuca 'Elijah Blue', but 'Blue Zinger' is much more tolerant of different sites, going from shade to full sun. It spreads rapidly to make a good tight groundcover.
