The enormous white panicles of Hydrangea paniculata 'Phantom' look like H.'Limelight' on steroids. Blooming from late July through September, the huge flower heads start out ivory and progress to white with yellow tips. Another wonderful contribution from Pieter Zwijnenburg Jr. of Holland.
