'Whirlaway' ('VinSid1') Periwinkle combines lovely clear blue flowers in early spring with strikingly marked evergreen foliage. The leaves are in mottled shades of green and chartreuse-yellow, and are particularly lustrous. An attractive groundcover developed in Canada, Vinca 'Whirlaway' lights up a shady location throughout the year.
