'Harbour Dwarf' Heavenly Bamboo forms a dense mound with leaves all the way to the ground. It has white flowers in July and showy red fruit in the fall and winter when plants are older. Nandina domestica 'Harbour Dwarf' has good red fall and winter color, and is semi-evergreen.
