'Golden Rey' Chinese Elm has bright yellow new foliage and holds its color well all summer, turning to a beautiful golden yellow in fall before leaf drop. The bark exfoliates in mottled patches and adds significant winter interest. Dr. Darrel Apps had a beautiful all of them at Woodside Nursery in southern New Jersey. It is also salt tolerant.
