I'm a third-generation nurseryman who was fortunate to be raised on a retail production nursery in Robbinsville, New Jersey. Growing up around plants and working hands on with my father, Ken Dilts Sr, led to my developing passion for horticulture.

Ultimately, my interest in plants brought me to Delaware Valley University, where I pursued a degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Environmental Design. Upon graduating, I began working alongside my father at the family nursery. In 2019, I decided to pursue my dream of working in large scale perennial production at Pleasant Run.
