Operational Accounting Manager/Office Manager

I started at Pleasant Run in 2008 as the bookkeeper after spending my career working corporate so I could be closer to home and simplify things. Prior to that I worked in accounting, fraud, and collections in telecom. The nursery was a nice change from the corporate environment; besides the great people and all the animals, the office here even has windows. My role here has continued to evolve over the 15+ years I have been here to include all accounting, office manager, IT, human resources, and customer service. I continue to enjoy the ever-changing plant selection we carry and new challenges that the job brings.

Favorite Plant: Anything with multi-season interest. It does not have to be an evergreen to be interesting all year. Think outside the evergreen box…foliage, bark, seedheads and texture. A garden should be interesting all year!
