‘Rainbow’s End’ Plaintain Lily produces showy leaves marked with wide stripes of alternating yellow and dark green. As the summer progresses, the yellow stripes mature to creamy white, topped by reddish scapes with dark lavender tubular flowers in late summer. Because of the lustrous strong foliage and showy summer flowers, Hosta ‘Rainbow’s End’ makes an excellent shade container candidate. The name ties in with the ‘Pot of Gold’ concept.
