Persicaria polymorpha

Fleece Flower - Giant

Giant Fleece Flower has ivory white plumes in June and July. Persicaria polymorpha is a trouble free, large clump former, not an invasive spreader. It grows so large that it is almost shrub-like and pairs well with Hydrangea paniculatas which are also blooming this time of year.  Fall foliage is often colorful. A Wolfgang Oehme favorite plant.
