Vitex Chicagoland Blues™ PPAF

Chastetree

Chicagoland Blues™ (‘Daniel Searle’) Chastetree is a beautiful compact Vitex with silvery green leaves held on dark stems. The blue flower spikes appear in mid summer and are produced throughout the rest of the summer. Vitex Chicagoland Blues™ was selected by Kris Jarantowski of the Chicago Botanical Garden from a group of Vitex crosses, and has proven to be sterile, so invasiveness will not be an issue.
