Rubus calycinoides

Creeping Raspberry

Creeping Raspberry is a fast growing groundcover with leathery green leaves with small white flowers in late spring. They are followed by red fruit in late summer. The evergreen foliage turns reddish burgundy in the fall and winter. The rapid, dense growth of Rubus calycinoides (syn.  rolfei) makes it particularly effective for erosion control or for cascading over walls.
