She chose it for its outstanding hybrid vigor and its beautiful single white flowers. The backs of the petals have a light violet strip up the midrib, visible as the flowers move in the breeze. Anemone x Wild Swan™ will spread to form a large clump and blooms from late summer through fall. It was named a winner of the 2011 Chelsea Flower show.
